Order in the court On Jan. 14, Voytal filed a lawsuit in Wayne County s 3rd Circuit Court against the Wayne County Board of Canvassers and James Mazurek (one of her eight opponents in the Nov. 3, 2020, general election for four open seats on the Northville Board of Education), claiming that her bid to win the final seat should be extended to one final step. ....
