Shariar Alam, foreign secretary Masud Bin Momen, Chief Coordinator of the National Implementation Committee of Mujib Barsha Dr. Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury and Japanese Ambassador to Bangladesh Naoki Ito were present on the occasion.
