Janamsakhi of Tera Tera
The art on life of Guru Nanak Dev has been displayed at the Vice-Chancellor’s office at GNDU. It’s 12 ft in height and based on ‘Janamsakhi of Tera Tera’, which is designed by city-based artist Sumeet Dua, and conceptualised in collaboration with Arvinder Chamak. It has been made in ‘Nanakshahi’ brick structure, with graphic representation of Tera (13) and jute bags of various grains displayed with a ‘takadi’ (scale). It was installed during Art Festival, which was organised on the eve of the 550th Parkash Purb of Guru Nanak Dev at Dera ....

Chandigarh (Punjab) [India], February 13 (ANI): Nine prominent poets recited their poems and songs during the Trilingual National Kavi Darbar organised by the Punjab Arts Council on the occasion of 400th Parkash Purb of the ninth Guru Sri Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji on Saturday.
The event was inaugurated by renowned Punjabi poet and Chairman of Punjab Arts Council Dr Surjit Patar, where poets recited their poems in Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Patar said that the significance of teachings, sacrifice and incomparable martyrdom of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur has increased even more in the present era when the existence of many religions is threatened by divisions in the name of religion. ....

The unions appeared firm on their demand for the repeal of the laws, though they said they would hold internal consultations tomorrow on the fresh offer. Bharatiya Kisan Union (Ugrahan) president Joginder Singh Ugrahan said, “The government proposed to suspend the farm laws for one and a half years. We rejected the proposal but since it has come from the government, we will meet tomorrow and deliberate over it.” ....

Will take out tractor march from Red Fort to India Gate on January 26: BKU leader Rakesh Tikait
The Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) has reiterated that it will go ahead with its plan to take out a big tractor rally on January 26 (Republic Day) if their demands are not accepted by the Centre on the farm laws. BKU spokesperson Rakesh Tikait said that the rally will begin from Red Fort and culminate at India Gate. 
On January 26, we will take out a procession from Red Fort to India Gate. We will hoist the flag where we will meet at the Amar Jawan Jyoti, he said. ....
