Senator Panfilo M.Lacson, primed for a Lacson-Sotto (Senate President Vicente C. Sotto III) tandem, is scheduled to meet Thursday, July 29 with former Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez and be sworn in as Partido Reforma political party chairman.
