The 60-year-old was also told to pay compensation of £8 and £150 in costs at Reading Magistrates Court. Adam Waite, of Highfield Park, Wokingham, was also fined £220 for dodging a train faire at Reading Station in October 2020. The 22-year-old was made to pay compensation of £4 and costs of £150, as well. Stephen Wcledge, of Carlyle Court, Crowthorne, was handed a £220 fine for not paying for his train ticket at Slough station in October 2020. WATERTOWN â Jacob âJakeâ Johnson learned a lot from his mentor and how he built up his portfolio of real estate properties in and around the city. Now, Mr. Johnson and his mentor, Brian H. Murray, have teamed up with each other to acquire Kelsey Creek Apartments on the cityâs north side. They recently bought the 100-unit apartment complex for $5.9 million. Itâs the first joint venture for the two biggest players in the cityâs real estate market. The deal was finalized on Dec. 21.
