(“Aldebaran” or the “Company”, ALDE TSX.V) announces that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering (the “Offering”) for aggregate proceeds of up to $5,000,000 through the issuance of 11,111,111 units of the Company (the “Units”) at a price of $0.45 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share (“Common Share”) in the capital of the Company and one-half of one warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional Common Share at a price of $0.70 until the second anniversary of the closing date of the Offering (the “Expiry Date”).
