Craig Fiedler, 59, passed away on May 8, 2021 at his residence in Moorhead, MN. Craig Raymond Fiedler was born on July 22, 1961 to Raymond and Marlene Fiedler in Wheaton, MN, the first of four children. Craig grew up on the family farm and graduated from Wheaton High School in 1979. He went to Moorhead Tech for Culinary School (aka chef school) obtaining a two year degree. Craig worked for Buttrey Foods in Moorhead in the early years as a baker. He then went to work for Costco Wholesale in June of 1987. He was hired as a baker to help set up the first in-warehouse bakeries. Craig wore many different “hats” in his Costco career, from baker, to bakery manager, to floor manager, receiving manager, meat manager, administrative manager, and finally assistant warehouse manager. His Costco career started by relocating to Seattle and then transferring to the warehouse in Billings. Then the move home to the West Fargo warehouse. ....
