THE Covid-19 Quarantine and Low-Risk Treatment Centre (PKRC) at the Pahang Sports Complex Indoor Stadium (SUKPA) in Kuantan ended its operations after all 168 foreign patients housed at the centre had recovered and were allowed to go home today. Pahang National Security Council (MKN) director Mohd Zairasyahli Shah Zakaria said 158 patients from the Jalan Genting Cluster were allowed to return starting from 2pm by bus provided by the state government.

BENTONG, Dec 15 Police have denied allegations which went viral on social media yesterday that about 1,500 workers in Genting Highlands were housed at a hotel in the resort after being tested positive for Covid-19. Pahang police chief Datuk Seri Abd Jalil Hassan said the screening on all the workers conducted by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) came out negative but they were placed at the hotel to undergo the 14-day quarantine.
