Yokohama Tire Corporation will expand its distribution network in the U.S. at Intermodal III Industrial Park. Duke Realty Corporation’s Dallas office secured a long-term lease for the company for the 431,630-square-foot facility in Wilmer, about 15 miles southeast of Dallas. This will be Yokohama’s fourth location centrally located to meet its customers’ needs in the Southwest.

The Farm in Allen, a 135-acre mixed-use project that will include 1.6 million square feet of office, 142,000 square feet of retail, a 150-key hotel, 60,000 square feet of restaurants, townhomes, and urban residential units. Work will begin with the development’s infrastructure, including the roads and utilities, followed by construction of West Lake Park, the phase one trails, and the public parking garage.

The Theatre Channel – Classics of Broadway Episode has been postponed – to ensure safety of al involved.
Freddie Fox, Bonnie Langford, Marisha Wallace, Mazz Murray and Gary Wilmot will feature in the episode, which is the fifth in the series produced by Adam Blanshay Productions and The Theatre Café.
