William Hoblock, who is listed as the applicant on the zoning change form, and Victor Fiano, et. al., the owner of 2625 Curry Road Development Partners LLC, are proposing to construct 208 apartments across 8 structures at the site, according to documents provided to the town. There will be a combination of one, two and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 800 to 1,450 square feet.
