Bulgaria, celebrated the opening of its first base in Burgas and third in the country. The base will be seasonal, with the airline basing one Airbus A320 aircraft at
Burgas airport between June and September 2021.

SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 27 (SeeNews) - Passenger traffic at Bulgaria s coastal airports of Varna and Burgas decreased by an annual 56% to 87,586 combined in the first four months of 2021, Germany s Fraport Group, which operates the two airports, said.
Passenger traffic at the busier Varna Airport fell 54% year-on-year to 81,303 in the January-April period, while passengers at Burgas Airport declined by 76% to 6,283, Fraport Group said in a statement earlier this month.
Cargo handled at the two airports jumped by 71% to 1,946 t in the period under review. Aircraft movements went down 30% to 1,447.
