Montclair Board of Ed: Investigation into Discrimination Allegations Pending, Special Ed Audit Recommends Systemic Changes

One individual stated during public comment that the community received Kelley’s letter via a post in Secret Montclair, a private Facebook group for Montclair residents. It has since been removed. “I’m aware of our complaint that we received,” Superintendent Dr. Jonathan Ponds started off his superintendent’s statement. “We’re investigating the complaint [.] We are following all processes and guidelines.”
