Virtual Gift Fair Raises More Than £11K For Mountbatten

More than £11,000 has been raised for Mountbatten - thanks to The Gift Fair for Mountbatten .
During the pandemic, the organisers of the event - which has happened at Bembridge Sailing Club for the last five years, looked to new technology to enable their fundraising efforts to continue.
With technical support from Nosy Marketing and regular sponsors Spence Willard, Rouse and Weavers the 2020 Gift Fair went virtual and raised £11,675 for Mountbatten Isle of Wight. ....

To the editor:
The Alternative Gift Fair Committee of the East Kishacoquillas Presbyterian Church would like to sincerely thank all those who donated to the 2020 AGF.
Due to the pandemic, we could only accept mail-in donations, and honestly wondered if anyone would participate.
Well, you certainly came through, to the tune of $8,370 in donations to the 17 participating non-profit organizations!
All of this money will be disbursed to those organizations that are doing things like feeding our neighbors, providing shelter and support to those in crisis, caring for animals and encouraging children to read, to name just a few of the missions they undertake. ....
