JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars won t change quarterbacks in Week 17.
Veteran Mike Glennon, the Jaguars starting quarterback in four of the last five games of a season that has featured week upon week of change at the position, will start against the Indianapolis Colts in Sunday s 2020 regular-season finale.
Head Coach Doug Marrone announced the starter Wednesday.

1.The streak is historic. What began as a narrow Week 2 loss to the Tennessee Titans is now a 14-game losing streak, the Jaguars longest in franchise history. Their previous longest losing streak was 13 – five games to end the 2012 season and eight to start the 2013 season.
2.The Jaguars hold the No. 1 overall selection … The Jaguars loss to Chicago, coupled with the New York Jets 23-16 victory over the Cleveland Browns Sunday, secured the Jaguars the No. 1 overall selection in the 2021 NFL Draft. The Jaguars are now 1-14 and the Jets are 2-13. If the teams finish tied at 2-14, the Jaguars would select No. 1 because of a worse strength of schedule. ....

It was very hard, he said.
The Jaguars second-year quarterback was speaking specifically about the first half of a 40-14 loss to the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Md., Sunday. He could have been talking about the entire game, with the Jaguars offense struggling in Minshew s first start since late October.
Minshew, who retook the starting job after playing a quarter and a half in loss to the Tennessee Titans last week, completed 22 of 29 passes for 226 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions Sunday. He passed for 53 yards during a first half in which the Jaguars had 61 total yards – and after which the Ravens led, 26-0. ....
