Victorville man pleads not guilty after street racing incident turns to chase in Hesperia

An 18-year-old Victorville man has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving and fleeing from a peace officer following an incident that started at the Super Target in Hesperia.
Pablo Quinones appeared in court Tuesday afternoon via video and posted bail later that night after a judge set the amount at $100,000, records show. He is due back in court March 2 for a pre-trial hearing. A public defender was assigned to his case.
The Hesperia Sheriff’s Station reported Friday that deputies arrested Quinones after he allegedly evaded them in his vehicle, which included a 17-year-old passenger. ....
