Missoula photographer Jen Buckley, a Havre HIgh School graduate, is putting up billboards around the state and hoping to expand placement nationally. Jen Buckley, an enrolled member of the Chippewa Cree Tribe and Havre High School graduate, is putting up billboards around Montana including one in Havre to raise awareness of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women crisis. The billboard in Havre went up last week and depicts a young Native American woman and asks how many have to disappear before people start to notice.
