Angola bicyclist struck, killed by dump truck
ANGOLA â Retired school teacher and Trine University administrator Susah Stroh, 67, of Angola, died from injuries sustained when the bicycle she was riding was struck by a dump truck Tuesday afternoon on Wendell Jacob Avenue near Glendarin Golf Course in Angola.
Police said Stroh was struck by a Steuben County Highway Department dump truck, driven by Jared Perkins, 43, of Montgomery, Michigan.
Alcohol and drugs are not suspected in the crash. The crash remains under investigation, according to the Angola Police Department.

BUTLER â The Filling Station Youth Center, 315 S. Federal St., is open for youth ages 4-17.
The center is open from 4-6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and from 6-10 p.m. Friday.
Teen nights, for those in seventh grade and up, are the first and second Saturdays of each month from 7-10 p.m.
Everything is free at the youth center, organizers noted.
