RAJKOT: Two brothers died after the car in which they were travelling overturned on road near Meghpar village in Jamnagar district on Monday afternoon. Police said that the accident took place when the diver of the car tried to save a stray dog trying to cross the road.
The deceased were identified as Rajendrasinh Zala (38) and his younger brother Prithvirajsinh Zala, both residents of Padana village of Jamnagar.
“The incident occurred near Meghpar village when the sibling was returning from Jamnagar to Padana village. A stray dog crossed the road and while trying to save it the driver lost control of the car and it overturned killing the two brothers on the spot,” police sources said.
