Two further initiatives aimed at improving access to the Launceston General Hospital and Royal Hobart Hospital were announced late last year

A HAMPSHIRE NHS Trust has announced the 11 winners of its annual awards ceremony.
Southern Health has announced the winners of the Star Awards, a staff recognition scheme to reward teams and individuals who have gone beyond the call of duty and are passionate about providing the best possible service to the people we care for.
The winners ranged from Hayley Stockford who delivered the Trust s first ever ‘Restart a Heart’ campaign, training over 2,300 children in CPR and basic life support; to Claire Walsh and her perinatal mental health colleagues who supported a young mum after the birth and sad death of her daughter. ....
