MARQUETTE, MI A Marquette man was arrested Saturday for stalking children. City Police say William Harris, 78, is charged with two counts of aggravated stalking of a minor and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). The alleged victims in the case are two minor children. Harris is charged in an unrelated case with prostitution/pandering and aggravated indecent exposure. He is also charged with being a habitual offender, fourth offense, as he was previously convicted of multiple sex crimes against children in Marquette Circuit Court in 2004. Harris remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail on a $300,000 bond. ....
