Gail Ross Gail Ross, born in Bad Axe, Michigan, passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side on March 9, 2021. She lived a full and impactful 71 years. After she graduated from Bad Axe High, she went to Central Michigan University and received a degree in elementary education. She started her career teaching 2nd grade in Augusta, Maine. After two years, she moved back to Bad Axe where she spent the next 33 years teaching 3rd grade until she retired in June 2007. Teaching was her passion as she strove to make her lessons exciting and interesting. In addition to teaching, she was actively involved in the Bad Axe school drama department, assisting with any and all things asked of her. The impact she had on those she taught is immeasurable. ....
