7月24日，在“2021青岛·中国财富论坛”开幕式上，作为论坛的重要成果之一，中国第150家期货公司山东港信期货有限公司（下称港信期货）的正式开业备受瞩目。中期协常务副会长张晓轩，青岛市副市长张军，山东省港口集团党委副书记、董事、总经理李奉利，青岛市地方金融监管局局长王锦玉，青岛上合示范区管委会副主任孟庆胜，青岛国信发展集团党委副书记、总经理邓友成共同为港信期货开业隆重揭幕。
据了解，国内现有149家期货公司，但20多年来，除少量期货公司因股权变更等事项变更公司名称外，中国证监会未曾新批准设立一家期货公司。港信期货的设立和开业，实现了青岛法人期货公司零的突破，也成为中国期货业的一次“破冰”，是中� ....

　　7月24日，备受瞩目的全国第150家期货公司山东港信期货有限公司(下称港信期货)正式开业。这是最近12年国内首次新设的期货公司。
　　企查查显示，港信期货成立于2021年2月22日，法定代表人为姜春凤，注册资本为10亿元人民币，公司注册地位于山东省青岛市胶州市上合示范区，业务范围为商品期货经纪。青岛港(集团)有限公司、青岛国信金融控股有限公司和青岛上合发展集团有限公司，分别持股60%、36%和4%。
　　公开信息显示，港信期货于去年8月份向证监会提交设立申请，从递交设立申请材料到获准设立用时不到4个月。去年12月4日，中国证监会核准青岛港(集团)有限公司、青岛国信金融控股有限公司和青岛上合发展集团有限公司共同发起设立山东港信期货有限公司。
