Punch Newspapers Sections Grace Edema Published 12 March 2021 The Special Advisers on Education to the Lagos State Governor, Mr Tokunbo Wahab, has said education is now about Information Communication Technology and ability of teachers to impact the required knowledge. Wahab said this at the unveiling of the Eko Digital Skills Initiative. He also said the past 12 months had shown that education did not rely only on the four walls of a structure, “Education is now about ICT and how we can impact the required knowledge,” he said. Wahab explained that the Eko Digital Skills program was strategically placed to train and equip young students in Lagos State Government primary and secondary schools with the knowledge, skills and know-how that would enable them to thrive in the technology space in a couple of years’ time. ....
