PUBLICANS and restaurateurs have likened Belfast to “the new Temple Bar” given the influx of revellers from the Republic flocking into the city since full hospitality resumed in the north six weeks ago.
The planned reopening of indoor eating and drinking due to take place from today (Monday) in the south has been postponed until a new system of vaccine certification is implemented.
