YOUNGSTOWN Judge R. Scott Krichbaum said he showed mercy to pregnant mom Lily Johnson on Monday and allowed her to leave the Mahoning County jail after serving 55 days of her 180-day jail sentence. Johnson, 24, of Homewood Avenue, pleaded guilty in December in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court to failure to comply with the orders of a police officer for leading Youngstown police on a chase. The judge sentenced her to six months in jail in January because of her “deliberate disregard for anything and everything but your desire to get to your grandmother’s house or wherever you were going,” the judge said. ....
