As they did Tuesday with Perez, federal prosecutors filed a memorandum in U.S. District Court seeking prison time for Dunn. Perez, 65, and the 73-year-old Dunn are facing up to two years in prison when Perez is sentenced by U.S. District Judge Kari Dooley on April 12 and Dunn on April 13. Both men are also expected to be ordered to make nearly $300,000 in total restitution to the city for their actions. ....
