A 26-year-old Perth man who killed a complete stranger with a single coward s punch has been sentenced to seven years and six months jail for what a judge described as a terrible example of alcohol-fuelled violence .
Early on July 5, last year, 40-year-old Giuseppe Raco was getting a kebab while on a break from his job as a manager of a Northbridge nightclub, when he was punched to the back of the head by Jaylen Denny Dimer. ....

Police are searching for Hayley Doddâs remains at the Wheatbelt property where her killer Francis Wark used to live.
WA Police on Tuesday revealed special crime squad and forensic officers were searching a property in the small Wheatbelt town of Badgingarra in a bid to find the 17-year-oldâs remains.
A police spokesman said there had been no significant developments and the search would continue on Wednesday.
The search on Tuesday was focused around a water tank at the back of the property. Helicopter footage showed a bobcat and forensic officers combing the area. ....

Last week Wark was sentenced to 18 years jail for the manslaughter of Hayley Dodd, who was 17 when she went missing in late July, 1999.
The manslaughter sentence handed down to Dodd was the longest in Western Australian criminal history.
