In the course of its judgment confirming the conviction of a person under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the Bombay High Court lauded the police investigating team and the Special Judge concerned for completing the trial within the timeframe stipulated by the POCSO.

VV Virkar for completing the trial within a year, and the Sindhudurgnagari Police station for its efficient investigation.
