Connecticut 2021: The Justice Landscape With Senator Gary Winfield on Feb 8
Connecticut state Senator Gary Winfield, Chief Deputy Majority Leader, and Co-Chair of the CT Judiciary Committee, will speak to the Humanists and Freethinkers of Fairfield County at its online February 8 meeting at 7 pm. Senator Winfield is broadly recognized for his leadership bringing urgent social justice issues to the state legislature and getting bills passed, notably a bill to abolish the death penalty in Connecticut in 2012, and last year s broad ranging Police Accountability bill.
