Chimbote en Línea. El fundador de Perú Libre (PL), Vladimir Cerrón, recurrió al Tribunal Constitucional (TC) -a través de un recurso de habeas corpus- con la finalidad de anular la condena por corrupción que se le impuso y que fue ratificada al revocarse una resolución que lo favorecía.
Según el documento al que accedió El Comercio y que fue ingresado al TC el último martes, Cerrón Rojas insiste en que dicho organismo anule la pena de cuatro años suspendida que se le impuso al ser encontrado responsable del delito de negociación incompatible en agravio del Estado Peruano-Gobierno Regional de Junín.
