Rob Stiverson, of the Stiverson & Associates surveying firm in Bad Axe, will take on the role starting March 1. Stiverson said he was interested in the role having worked as a consultant for the city for the past 20 years, and that he had come to appreciate the community and staff he worked with. “It provides an opportunity to continue to serve the community without the volatility of a COVID economy,” Stiverson said. ....
