The firm has created separate teams delivering two different management services, designated as Complex and Complete. It says the change follows the rapid expansion of its leasing portfolio in the UK, with its Flexlease finance leasing product. The Complex division will deal with businesses needing specific and bespoke management for legislative and regulatory requirements, such as O-licences, often including heavy and specialist mixed vehicle fleets in essential services. The Complete division will handle businesses running vehicles that do not have such requirements, but still need fleet management, data insights, and SMR provision. ....

With a new man at the helm of the UK operation since September 2019, the chance to reflect on the broad portfolio of services and take soundings from long-standing customers has led to a more focused business. All energy is now put into its core proposition of fleet management and the growing opportunity offered by finance lease funding.
