Gurugram district administration has announced a new helpline through a WhatsApp chatbot that aims to provide critical information on Covid-19 related resources to citizens.

Gurugram Covid Helpline on WhatsApp makes use of a chatbot to offer information to users.
The chatbot can help with information on resources like beds, care centres, RT-PCR centres as well as online doctor consultation.
The service is free for all and will be available in English and Hindi.
Gurugram district administration has partnered with WhatsApp to launch a dedicated Covid-19 helpline on the chat app. The helpline is meant to provide citizens access to critical information related to Covid-19 resources. ....
