(West Fargo, ND) The City of West Fargo has rescheduled COLOR FEST from Saturday, April 17th, to Saturday, May 8th, due to weather conditions. The event will take place 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Attendees will join three local artists to paint Sheyenne Street from Second Avenue West to Fourth Avenue West at the event. The three selected artists for COLOR FEST are Nicole Gagner, Leigh Nelson and Lesley Buegel. Event attendees will not only be able to watch the artists work but they will also be able to assist the artists in painting their designs. The City of West Fargo will supply all paint and materials. The artwork will remain on the road until it is removed for the area’s reconstruction project in phase 2 and 3. ....
