Speaking from the Chesapeake Bay Foundation’s Philip Merrill Center, US Secretary of State Tony Blinken delivered an address to usher in President Joe Biden’s Leaders Summit on Climate, which will begin this week on Earth Day. The winter storm that swept the southern and southwestern United States and parts of Mexico has left millions without access to electricity, heat, and water in the midst of a pandemic.
