Q: What’s changed in your career since you won 40 Under 40 in 2012? A: I am still with the McNabb Center. Honestly, I knew it was my professional home the moment I was offered my first position with the organization. Over the past several years I have had the opportunity to serve on several statewide advocacy committees working on efforts that would impact long-term change for children, families and young adults. A: Learning how to work remotely and how to keep a remote workforce engaged and productive. From the start of the pandemic, we embraced remote work and provided resources for employees who chose to work from home. We trusted our employees and gave them the freedom to choose the best work environment. Morale has been high despite the many challenges brought on by COVID-19. We have a very loyal and engaged staff and have made remote work an option for all our corporate employees. ....
