P.A. ALVAREZ Properties and Development Corporation and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. are developing a new residential project in Lipa, Batangas.
Idesia Lipa is a Modern Asian-inspired residential community covering 11.37 hectares. Development work is expected to begin within the first quarter.
“Idesia Lipa follows the success of Idesia in Dasmariñas, Cavite. This Batangas project is set to offer 747 residential units of single detached, single attached bungalows and townhouses, which we look forward to be completed by the last quarter of 2023,” Jonathan Lu, president of P.A. Properties, said.
Amenities include gardens, basketball court, tennis court, playground, jogging path, swimming pools, gyms and a clubhouse. ....
