Amy Goff runs Fredâs Mission Rescue and Sanctuary, and she said her rescue has been impacted by the scam. According to Goff, it started when she received a text message from someone who was pretending to be with Petfinder and was asking for information to access the rescueâs account. ....

James Hamilton, 43, of Middletown, is scheduled to appear at 8:30 a.m. before Butler County Common Pleas Court Judge Noah Powers. He has pleaded not guilty in the case.
