Dec. 14, 2020 Grimaldi s Pizzeria said its fundraising initiatives this year have helped it donate $110,000 to the non-profit, No Kid Hungry, according to a news release. Since the brand began its support of the cause in 2013, Grimaldi s Pizzeria has raised more than $1 million to fight childhood hunger nationwide. In September, Grimaldi s gave customers bounce-back cards to match donations to No Kid Hungry in increments of $5, up to a total of $25 per visit, which also contributed to the cause. Despite the challenges we ve faced as a nation, within the restaurant industry, and at a personal level this year, I am so proud to see the way our communities have come together to continue supporting No Kid Hungry s efforts to end childhood hunger, said Eric Greenwald, president of Grimaldi s Pizzeria. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue building a strong relationship between Grimaldi s and No Kid Hungry as we look forward to our ninth year of partnership. ....
