July 29, 2021 The Florida Gators will host their annual Friday Night Lights event on Friday, and it will be followed by a cookout on Saturday that will end the summer recruiting circuit for the Gators. Several of Florida’s commits will be in town on Friday and will be joined by several of the Gators top targets in the Classes of 2022, 2023 and 2024. Amar Sattar, 35, of Fell Lane, Keighley, pleaded not guilty to the charge of holding or being involved in holding a gathering of more than 30 people on specific outdoor land in a Tier 4 area. The charge relates to the Unite the North protest held in Bradford city centre on March 27, when hundreds of people descended on the city from across the north to protest against Covid-19 lockdowns and the rollout of the Covid-19 vaccine. ....

The farmers, who are siblings; Opeyemi Joseph, Nathaniel Joseph and Friday Joseph, were allegedly attacked by herdsmen on their farmland situated at Afoyin, Erin-Ile in Kwara State around 7 pm on Saturday. One of the victims, Opeyemi on Sunday, said the Bororo herdsmen descended of them on the farmland while complaining over the farm destroyed by the cows. He said the herders invaded their maize and cassava farm with cattle and started grazing on it. ....
