Cross River or the
Company ) today announced that it has awarded incentive stock options pursuant to its stock option plan, to various directors, officers and consultants of the Company, to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,000,000 common shares of the Company. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.20 per share and expire two years from the (July 28, 2021) date of grant.

FRAMINGHAM, MA Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer launched her 2021 campaign on Thursday, and is entering a reelection year with close to $30,000 in her campaign coffers.
Although Spicer was quiet about her 2021 plans until this week, she s been accepting contributions since she took office in 2018. She began 2020 with about $11,000 in her campaign account, and held key fundraisers in July and December 2020 to boost her to near the $30,000 mark.
With campaign season underway, Patch dug into Spicer s fundraising efforts since January 2020 to find out where in the state and nation her donations are coming from. Most of her supporters live in Framingham, but Spicer is well known outside the city she made appearances around the state to support Joe Kennedy during his U.S
