Hermes pays retailers compensation as computer glitch marked parcels as undelivered

When I see this, it makes me wonder if it has ever been right. And Atul Sodha, owner of Peverills Londis Harefield in Uxbridge, said he has since been refunded for 342 missing parcels. The worrying thing is I didn t even know I was owed this, he said.

The PayPoint Group has recognised Natalie Lightfoot, owner of Londis Solo Convenience Store in Glasgow. Lightfoot moved from Bedford to Glasgow to run her own convenience store. During lockdown, she saw footfall in her store drop by an average of 150 people a day. Despite this, she still achieved record sales, by taking orders over Facebook and providing free deliveries for the most vulnerable in the area.
