Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Mexican Consulate to create a partnership to increase access to educational opportunities, resources and services to Mexican nationals in the region. Opening the window The Mexican Consulate has a number of similar initiatives, called “windows.” This one is called Windows of Education. Thus far, 36 out of the 50 Consulates of Mexico in the United States have the same MOU, Head Consul Ricardo Gerardo Higuera said in an email message.
