Vietnam in top seeded group of AFC U-23 Asian Cup qualification

Vietnam’s national U23 team is ranked 13th and among five squads in the top seeded group of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) U-23 Asian Cup qualifiers.
The AFC recently announced the list of 46 teams divided into two regional groups for a draw of the qualifiers.
The No.1 seeded group in Southeast Asia and East Asia also comprises the reigning champions the Republic of Korea, Australia, Thailand and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.

Vietnam gas consumption to double in next 10 years: Fitch Solutions
Gas demand is expected to rise from about 9.7 billion cubic meters (bcm) in 2020 to above 25.3bcm in 2030, while influx of LNG helps to counter the decline in domestic production.

Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia congratulate new Foreign Minister
Foreign ministers of Laos, Cambodia and Indonesia have extended congratulations to Bui Thanh Son on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has directed the Electricity and Renewable Energy Department to coordinate with the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank to study bidding mechanisms for renewable energy projects which are projected to be applied after 2021, Thanh Nien Online newspaper reported.
