Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited has announced that a contract has been signed on 20 Jan 2021 for supply of one Fast Patrol Vessel to the Government of Seychelles at the cost of Rs. 99.66 crores.
Shares of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.192.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 192.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21995 in over 679 trades.

GRSE bags $12.7m deal to build ferry for Guyana | Kolkata News

KOLKATA: It has been over a 100 years since indentured labourers set sail from Kolkata for countries like Guyana and Suriname.
Now, Kolkata-based shipyard Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) has bagged the contract to build a sea-going ferry for Guyana that may also sail to Suriname with passengers and vehicles. The Guyana-Suriname ferry is quite well known among people who travel to the Carribean. This is the first time that an Indian shipyard has bagged such a contract.
“GRSE is the only shipyard in the country to have built 106 ships for the Indian Navy and Coast Guard. It is also the only shipyard to have delivered a warship to Mauritius. Now, a lot of stress is being paid on exports and the order for the ferry in Guyana was bagged after the shipyard participated in a global tender. ....

Kolkata, Jan 14 (PTI) The Garden Reach Shipbuilders
and Engineers (GRSE) Ltd has signed a USD 12.7-million
contract to build an ocean-going vessel for the government of
Guyana in the Caribbean region in South America, an official
said on Thursday.
The 1,700-tonne vessel is to be used on the coastal
