The application window for Round 2 of the COVID-19 Telehealth

today at 12PM ET and will close at
12 PM ET on Thursday, May 6, 2021. As we have covered, the first round of funding
was quickly distributed to over 200 applicants in over 40 states,
with all funding exhausted by July 2020. Then, in December 2020,
Congress authorized additional money to support
telehealth services provided by non-profit and public healthcare
organizations during the pandemic.
As with Round 1, this opportunity provides up to $1 million per
application for equipment and services used for pandemic-related

Telecoms firm, Barclay Communications, calls on UK businesses to put an end to unethical auto-rolling contracts which costs tens of millions of pounds per year

BELFAST, Northern Ireland, May 4, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Barclay Communications has launched a campaign to stop other telecommunications companies from automatically extending landline contracts, which forces many UK businesses to overspend tens of millions of pounds per year.
This is despite regulatory bodies informing telecoms firms that they must notify clients of an impending extension in advance.
Barclay Communications said a lack of awareness in the business community is allowing telecoms firms to automatically roll on an extended contract without notice, for up to five years.
Often concealed within the small print of the terms and conditions, businesses are required to give between 30 and 90 days notice to avoid their contract being extended. ....

After nearly four months of work, the FCC announced today that the
Emergency Broadband Benefit Program
( EBBP ) will launch on
Wednesday,
May 12, 2021. Providers participating in the EBBP can
begin enrolling eligible households into the program to receive
supported service. Nearly 750 providers are qualified to offer
EBB-supported services, with service discount reimbursements of up
to $50 per subscriber ($75 in tribal areas) and equipment discount
reimbursements of up to $100 available. The FCC recently conducted
