The £6.8million expansion works began on the car park, Winnersh Triangle Station, Winnersh, last week on April 22. The Wokingham Borough Council said that during the construction period parking spaces will be reduced, however once completed the site will hold a total of 491 spaces - this is 100 more car spaces than before. Andy Glencross, assistant director for highways, said: “These works will both improve the visual appeal of the area and provide additional capacity to allow even more residents to make use of the nearby transport links available. ....
