During its virtual regular meeting, the Amarillo Beautification and Public Arts Advisory Board revisited the city being considered by the National Fitness Campaign as a potential site for one of the organization s Fitness Courts. 
NFC officials previously indicated the city s innovation through quality-of-life initiatives, support of public art and culture in public spaces, and development of pedestrian infrastructure were appealing.
NFC officials said the organization has selected 100 cities nationwide to learn about the 2021 Arts and Culture Series, featuring Keith Haring Fitness Courts   adding only 10 licenses would be available for the initiative across America. Per the NFC, it is looking for partners interested in curating the collection.   ....
