Aide defends Tambuwal’s special needs people’s most friendly governor award

Alhaji Abdulaziz Ibrahim, a Special Adviser to Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, says the award to his principal as “Most Friendly Governor to People Living with Special Needs of the year ” is highly justified.
Ibrahim, the Special Adviser on People Living with Special Needs, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), on Tuesday in Sokoto, that the award, given to Tambuwal by Global Hope for Justice, an NGO, was in recognition of his special attention to special needs persons. ....
