People living in Halmergate, in Spalding, report brick dust and rattling crockery as trucks travel over the dip. Now they are calling on Lincolnshire County Councilâs Highways team to sort out the dip after reporting it numerous times over the FixMyStreet website. The dip in Halmergate, Spalding Linda Bond, who lives close to the site, said the dip has become worse in recent months. She said: âWhen big lorries go over itâs like a mini earth tremor. ....

Moulton Parish Council was told that chaos had been created in the villageâs Broad Lane due to a burst water main and a sink hole was also reported in Station Road. South Holland district councillor Anthony Casson told Tuesdayâs virtual meeting that Broad Lane issue had been a ânightmareâ. Moulton Seas End villagers hope that a solution has been found for flooding problem There are hopes that a resolution has been found for villagers hit by flooding. As reported previously in the Spalding Guardian, residents living on Roman Bank in Moulton Seas End have been left with gardens submerged in water after it was thought that a pipe used to drain water from a neighbouring field had become blocked. Residents, who were calling for help from a number of authorities, including the South Holland Internal Drainage Board (IDB), say that there is hope in sight of bringing the flooding under control. ....
